These added Bathrooms must be completed within the time frame for the base bid. *There are similarities between the various bathrooms. There are 8 clusters of 4 bathrooms that are typical. Also note that there is an alternate consisting of 8 bathrooms. This project is practically identical to Phase 1 bid earlier this year. This is a PREVAILING WAGE project Penn State expects to award 2/3/22, almost 14 weeks from the May 9 start date. *Walkthrough Photos have been uploaded. *Bid Package Bids are due 1/12/22. If you have your bid ready to submit please send (or send as soon as you have it completed). If you have already submitted please ignore this message. We are expecting an addendum,. that will address contractor questions, some time this week. *Addendum 1 and 2 have been released.
