Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Saginaw, Texas. **As of March 17, 2022, this project has been awarded to McMahon Contracting L.P. and the awarded amount is $6,971,439.44.** The City of Saginaw is requesting COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS for the work described below: The major work will consist of the approximately: 3,700 linear feet of 2-lane roadway. The existing 25' asphalt roadway will be reconstructed to a 24' concrete roadway with a single lane roundabout at the intersection at Knowles Drive and WJ Boaz Road. Concrete sidewalk will be installed along the entire west side of Knowles Drive and on the east side, from Ravenwood Drive to the end of the project. The project will also include two internal storm drain systems, several water/waste-water relocations, landscaping, irrigation and street light foundations and conduit. Material Testing will be provided by the contractor, no separate pay. Construction Staking will be provided by the contractor, no separate pay. See General Note #11 on Page C0.03 regarding City Inspector standard hours and overtime pay. Estimate Value: $6,500,000 The Owner anticipates construction to start in April or May of 2022.
