Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pickerington, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course; for paving for a golf course; and water / sewer project.
The City of Columbus (hereinafter "City") is accepting bids for Turnberry Golf Course Cart Path Improvements, the work for which consists of asphalt pavement overlay removal, full depth asphalt path repairs, drainage improvements, permeably pavers and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, and City of Columbus Construction and Material Specifications as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). Questions pertaining to the drawings and specifications must be submitted in writing only to Columbus Recreation & Parks, ATTN: Rachael Dorothy via email at rrdorothy@columbus.gov prior to Thursday, December 16 at 2 pm local time.
