Site work for a water / sewer project in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The bid may be awarded at approximately 6:00 PM (local time) at the regularly scheduled Board of Works meeting on Monday, January 17, 2022 at the Lawrenceburg Administration Building, 230 Walnut Street. This project is being bid as a Lump Sum Project. The scope of work shall include but is not limited to: Clearing, grubbing, grading and restoration. Concrete sidewalk and stair construction. Boat dock installation. The successful contractor will also be responsible for all required advance notification, traffic control, soil erosion control and site security during construction along with all required clean-up and restoration Bids shall include the completed Lawrenceburg Bid / Quote Form, Project Schedule, unit cost sheet, Labor & Equipment Sheet, Conflict of Interest / Nepotism affidavit and the E-Verify forms provided. The last two items are required by the State of Indiana for all Public Works Projects, effective July 1, 2012. All Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Lawrenceburg's Safety Program no less than 48 hours prior to the bid due date to be eligible to bid said work. Bid Package, including plans and specifications can be signed-out at the Lawrenceburg Clerk-Treasurer Office during normal business hours. The contractor shall submit a work plan summary to the City for approval prior to starting.
