Site work and renovation of a civil project in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The project estimated cost approximately $750,000 to $1,000,000. The project may be awarded at the regularly scheduled Board of works meeting at approximately 6:00 PM on Monday, January 17, 2022, contingent on receiving OCRA Release of funds. The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: replacing the sluice gate and adding automated operation, replacing storm pumps along with correcting electrical code issues, providing and installing fixed diesel generator to run pump station, install bypass pump connection to force mains, and improve ditch at Bielby Road and Industrial Drive per the plans and specifications prepared by the City of Lawrenceburg and American Structurepoint, Inc. The successful contractor will also be responsible for required traffic control, site security, clean-up and restoration. All Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Lawrenceburg's Safety Program no less than 48 hours prior to the due date to be eligible to bid said work. Bids shall include Bid Bond, the completed Lawrenceburg Bid form, Labor & Equipment Rates Sheet, Project Schedule, Form 96 with financial statement, Conflict of Interest / Nepotism affidavit and the E-Verify forms provided. The contractor receiving the award shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for one hundred (100) percent of the lump sum amount with an approved surety company along with written proof of insurance with the City of Lawrenceburg listed as an additional insured, before receiving the Notice to Proceed.
