The onus is on the Proponent to make sure the City receives the Proposal before the closing date and time. Maximum email submission size is 50 MB. If Proponents email submission is larger than 50 MB, please submit in multiple emails. The City of Burnaby invites Proposals from Proponents for Transportation Engineering, Planning and Design services on an as and when required basis by the City of Burnaby as further detailed herein. The successful Proponent shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience providing transportation engineering, planning and design services of a similar scope and nature. The City intends to award a Contract for a (1) year term, with options for four (4) each, one (1) year renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements. The initial estimated contract value is $150,000. The City does not warrant or guarantee the services will required in full or in part. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
