City of Scranton Office of Community Development Demolition of Hazardous Structures Nay Aug Electrical Upgrades Online Drop Box proposals will be received and identified by Company name- Nay Aug Electrical Upgrades. Work is to be performed in accordance with the Specifications Book which can be obtained digitally by request from Miranda Pace at mpace@scrantonpa.gov. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Questions may be submitted to Miranda Pace on or before 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 28, 2021.
