The last day for submitting questions will also be February 1, 2022. In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Replace existing programmable logic controller (PLC) panels containing Allen-Bradley legacy PLC-5 and SLC500 platform components with new PLC panels containing ControlLogix PLC platform components. Install, terminate, test and demonstrate new PLCs and associated I/O and components and demolish existing PLC panels. Replace instruments that are in disrepair. Install, terminate, calibrate, test and commission new instrumentation for associated process mechanical improvements. Any changes, additions and/or deletions resulting from this pre-bid conference will be covered in an addendum to the Contract Documents. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to frequently monitor the Bids website for project updates and addenda. The NEORSD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received. Bidders shall review the Instructions to Bids and all other contract documents prior to submitting a bid for this project. The Contract will be subject to the NEORSD policies and goals regarding the use of minority, women (MBE/WBE). This policy is contained in the Contract Specifications. The MBE/WBE goal for this Contract is 15%.
