SCOPE: Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 2165.001, Custodianship of State Property, and Section 2156.121, Use of Competitive Sealed Proposals, the Texas Facilities Commission is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal to Replace the Existing Sprinkler System with a Novec 1230 equivalent or better, Clean Agent Fire Suppression System at the Lorenzo DeZavala State Archives (ARC) and Library Building located at 1200 Brazos Street, Austin, Texas 78701. See Section 4 Statement of Work below for more information. The service is expected to start within fifteen (15) business days from the Notice to Proceed. Services are anticipated to be complete no later than 8/31/2022. This contract is contingent upon the continued availability of funding. If funds become unavailable through lack of appropriations, legislative budget cuts, amendment of the Appropriations Act, state agency consolidations, or any other disruption of current appropriations, provisions of the Termination Article in the Services Contract shall apply.
