TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CALVERT COUNTY, MARYLAND: The undersigned agrees to furnish all materials and services for the Roof Replacement at the Calvert County Detention Center, 325 Stafford Road, Barstow, Maryland 20610, as specified to the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County, Maryland in accordance with the specifications, other documents herein, at the following price WRITTEN QUESTIONS SHALL BE DUE ON OR BEFORE January 14, 2022 by 2:30 p.m PURPOSE Calvert County Government is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, and materials necessary for the roof replacement at the Calvert County Detention Center, (hereinafter, “CCDC”) 325 Stafford Road, Barstow, Maryland 20610. Work shall be completed in accordance with these specifications. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall demolish and install new 60 mil Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system, as follows: A. Roof A - Approximately 6,400 square feet (sf) B. Roof B - Approximately 4,000 sf C. Add alternate: Four (4) Penthouse Roofs - Approximately 1,900 sf D. Replace roof drains and accessories with new drains and accessories of equal or greater materials.
