Renovation of an educational facility in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,500-square-foot educational facility.
College Boreal is out to market in search of a contracting firm to move forward with a renovation project. The work comprises alterations to existing classrooms located at the College Boreal campus at 633 Ouellette Avenue, 3rd Floor, Windsor Ontario. - The alterations involve demolition of approximately 120 linear feet of existing metal stud partitions and removal of approximately 2,500 sq.ft. of carpeting. - New construction will include installation of approximately 100 linear feet of new metal stud partitions and installing approximately 2,500 sq. ft. of broadloom carpeting. - Both the existing and new partitions extend 9'-0" above the finished floor to below the existing lay-in tile ceiling. New partitions include approximately 20 linear feet x 7 feet high aluminum framed glazing. - Painting as well as mechanical and electrical work will be required. - Contractor will have full access to the jobsite during and after regular business hours. - All construction to be completed within 8 weeks.
