Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Commerce City, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of District work associated with the Reunion Commercial Center and is located at Tower Road and 103rd Avenue in Commerce City, CO. The work consists of earthwork, waterlines, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, grading, pond construction, full depth asphalt paving, sidewalk, c&g and curb ramp installation, traffic signal installation, and signing and striping. No bid bond is required for this bid.The bidder(s) to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish a certificate of specified insurance coverages and performance and payment bonds in the form provided in the contract documents. The amount of the performance bond and the payment bond shall each be 100% of the accepted contract amount. Owners Rights Reserved. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid, to postpone the award of the Contract for a period not exceeding forty-five (45) days after the Bid opening, all according to the best interests of the Owner.
