Reunion Village 8 Filing 1 District Improvements This project is located in Commerce City, CO and constructs roadway, drainage, and utility infrastructure to service the first filing of Reunion Village 8 from Sable Boulevard and 104th Avenue to Blackhawk Street and 108th Avenue. The project provides both district and private infrastructure to service the Village 8 Filing 1 development. The work consists of demolition of existing features, full depth asphalt and concrete pavement, concrete pavers, soil conditioning, sidewalk and curb ramp installation, water line, irrigation line, sanitary sewer, underdrain, storm sewer, grading, drainage channel construction, pond modifications, traffic signal installation at Sable and 104th, landscaping and irrigation, lighting, and signing and striping No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date the bids are opened. The bids shall be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked Reunion Village 8 Filing 1 and should state the name and address of the bidder. The entire Bidding Requirement documents shall be submitted with the bid. No bid bond is required for this bid. The bidder(s) to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish a certificate of specified insurance coverages and performance and payment bonds in the form provided in the contract documents.
