This work is required to meet the needs of the Owner's redevelopment, renovation and asset maintenance and will be carried out in the various buildings on its campus located in Montreal in the quadrilateral of Ottawa, de la Montagne, St-Jacques and Montfort streets. The buildings where the work is carried out remain in operation during the work. Contract length The start of the Contract is January 24, 2022. The Contract will be valid for a maximum period of three (3) years.
