All tenderers must comply with the requirements contained in the contractual documents. These can only be obtained through the SÉAO electronic call for tenders system at www.seao.ca or by calling 514 856-6600 for residents of the Montreal region and at the number toll free 1-866-669-7326 for out-of-town residents. Non-participation in the call for tenders Any person or company having obtained the contractual documents and which does not submit a tender undertakes to complete the Non-participation questionnaire form included in the contractual documents and send it to the Company at the address of following email: infosoumission8@sqi.gouv.qc.ca . CONTRACT LENGTH The contract covered by this call for tenders is for a period of 36 months from its date of entry into force. The probable start date of the contract is between January 15, 2022 and January 31, 2022. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE No tender guarantee is required. Any tenderer must take note that if he refuses to follow up on his tender, the Company may reject any tender submitted by this tenderer to the Company during the next two years. TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS All complaints made to the Company under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) must be received at complaint@sqi.gouv.qc.ca , no later than the deadline set for receipt thereof as indicated in the Additional Instructions . INFORMATION Bidders who wish to receive details concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number, and this, maximum three working days before the date. and the cut-off time for receipt of bids .
