The location of services to be performed on the is on the Western Access Tollway (I-490) at Mile Post 0.36 in Cook County, Illinois. The scope of the work shall consist of but is not limited to, the relocation of Village of Franklin Park water main and sanitary sewer under the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR), erosion control measures, landscaping plans, and protection of existing utilities within the work zone. This provision is not intended to prohibit communications with State employees regarding a procurement matter, but rather only requires reporting of those communications when they occur. A completed Questionnaire and a statement of current contractual obligations on forms supplied by the Illinois Tollway will be required from all bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total amount shown in the bid for the contract. The Bid Guaranty shall be in the form of an acceptable bid bond or a bank draft, certified check or cashier's check drawn on a solvent bank made payable to the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority.
