Site work for a water / sewer project in Port St Lucie, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Tradition Community Development District (CDD) will receive electronic Bid Submittals from qualified individuals and firms for the replacement of irrigation intake piping from Lake MAS-IRR to the pump station. The work includes: removal and replacement of the intake pipe; installation of an intake structure, trash basket, catwalk, and pavilion. The work for this project shall be complete in place as shown and/or described in these Bid Documents and Plans. The work must be complete within 90 days of the notice to proceed. Questions, requests for clarifications, or notifications of discrepancies or omissions regarding this bid shall be emailed to the Tradition CDD Engineer on or before December 23, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. The Tradition CDD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept any bid or portion thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Tradition CDD, to award bid to the Bidder that best meets the needs of the Tradition CDD, and to waive any non-substantial irregularity.
