A Proponents meeting will not be held. The British Columbia Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to perform the functions of a Commercial Lead for the Pattullo Bridge Replacement Project (the Project) Team. The Commercial Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and administration of commercial terms within the Project Agreement between the Owner and Project Co. The Commercial Lead will work closely with the Owners technical, construction management, quality management and contract administration team. Please see Section 4.4 for further information regarding service requirements. It is anticipated that the work will commence in February 2021. The term of this contract is for two (2) years commencing from the date of award. At the discretion of the Province and subject to available appropriation and satisfactory performance, there is an option-to-renew the term of this agreement for two additional one (1) year periods. As part of the evaluation process, the Ministry will shortlist up to the top three candidates to participate in an interview process, which will be scored and contribute to the overall evaluation.
