The Board of County Commissioners, Martin County, Florida, will receive sealed bids for: ST. LUCIE INLET MAINTENANCE DREDGING (2021-2022) Martin County is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for the dredging of approximately 475,000 cubic yards (cy) of sediment from the St. Lucie Inlet navigation channel Cut-1, transition area and Impoundment Basin, and placement of sediment as beach and dune fill along up to 8,000 feet of Atlantic Ocean shoreline along the St. Lucie Inlet Preserve State Park in Martin County, Florida. Contractor shall perform all turbidity monitoring, till the beach after fill placement, complete construction and remove all equipment from the beach by April 30, 2022, in accordance with the Contract Documents. This project is partially funded by the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Beach Management Funding Assistance Program. The successful contractor shall comply with all applicable grant requirements. Martin County is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
