The city of lakeland (owner) is seeking bids from qualified industrial power plant electrical contractors (ec) to provide industrial electrical construction services as defined in this document. Ec will provide electrical construction services in coordination with and under the general direction of owner s project management team (workforce management and project engineering). Ec will maintain an on-site staff of supervision, apprentices, and electricians as required to complete the tasks as assigned by owner. The bids submitted and the purchase order, if awarded, shall be in complete accordance with, without limitation, this invitation to bid, the attached specification, all codes, requirements and regulations referenced therein. Note: This Annual Service Requirement, if placed, shall be Firm and Valid through September 30, 2024, with an Option for Two (2), One (1) Year Renewals upon Mutual Written Consent. Questions regarding this invitation to bid should be in writing and should reference the above Bid number.
