Renovation of a water / sewer project in Elkin, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the replacement of three (3) aeration blowers with rotary screw positive displacement blowers, each capable of delivering 1193 SCFM at 8.92 psi, along with improvements to the blower building (new coiling door, ventilation system, and stainless-steel piping) Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, The Yadkin Valley Sewer Authority encourages small, minority, female, and local contractors to bid on this project.
