The successful Contractor shall furnish and pay all costs including sales tax, applicable federal, state or city taxes and/or fees. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, supervision, labor, subtrade costs, tools, barriers, equipment, clean-up, debris removal, rentals, porta-potty, transportation, and other items that may be needed to fulfill the work as defined in this request. The City reserves the right to waive minor irregularities or minor errors in the proposal, if it appears to the City that such irregularities or errors were made through inadvertence. Any such irregularities or errors so waived must be corrected on the proposal prior to acceptance by the City. The successful Contractor shall provide the City with a performance and payment bond equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price.
