The Project consists of the following major items: 1. Replacement of 55 ft of 36-inch CMP with 40"x27" arched precast culvert pipe. Adding headwall and junction box at the upstream of the pipe and an endwall at the downstream end and curb inlets. 2. Replacement of existing 18-inch CMP culvert with new 18-inch RCP culvert and new precast curb inlet. 3. Replace of approximately 80 LF of 8-inch terra cotta sewer pipe with 8-inch ductile iron sewer pipe. 4. Replacement of existing sewer manhole with new precast concrete manhole. 5. Replacement of concrete curbing and asphalt pavement. A Pre-Bid Meeting will NOT be held. With request for Bidding Documents supply the following information: Company name, contact person, street address, and phone and fax numbers for Bidding office; N. C. contractor's license with limitation and classification; indicate if the firm will be a Bidder, Supplier or Sub-Contractor. Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
