Description

Renovation of a military facility in Smyrna, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

As of April 12, 2024, the contract has not been executed, but it is anticipated to be awarded to Fuel Tank Maintenance Contracting. They anticipate them starting in early May. Total building roof removal and replacement, including roof panel, wall panels, soffit panels, insulation board, flashings, gutters, and downspouts. An add-alternate is included to construct a new shed structure at a corner of the building to the South. Provide a new standing seam metal roof inclusive of all flashings, trim, underlayment, and accessories as well as prefinished metal gutters and downspouts for the existing Building 200 facility as shown in the drawings. Total roof replacement w alternates
