The City of Brookhaven is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide road maintenance and stormwater maintenance services. The purpose of this RFP is to select Contractor(s) to provide road maintenance and stormwater maintenance services. The term of the contract will be for 2 years beginning January 1, 2022 with an option for three one-year extensions at the City's option. Questions are due no later than Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. EST. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered. The City of Brookhaven reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Brookhaven.
