This Invitation to Tenders (the ITT) is an invitation by the Town of Qu Appelle (the Town) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding tenders to provide materials only for approximately 550 meters of water main replacement and approximately 21 service connections. The Town of Qu Appelle would like to purchase the materials needed as per Section 7 Project Scope of this ITT for the replacement of approximately 550 meters of water main and approximately 21 service connections as well as hydrants. Prior to the submission deadline, the Town of Qu Appelle may amend or clarify the ITT in the case of any discrepancies or omissions. Any changes will be posted to online as a formal written addendum. In the event the Town of Qu Appelle revises the ITT after the closing date, Proponents will then have an opportunity to refine, submit or resubmit their proposals. Proponents are encouraged to obtain a clear understanding of the proposal requirements prior to submission. For the purpose of this procurement process, the ITT Contact will be: Neil Cameron Town Foreman Town of Qu Appelle 306-699-2248 townshopquappelle@sasktel.net At all times, the Proponent has the responsibility to notify the Town of Qu Appelle, in writing, of any error or omission contained within the document; or request a clarification which may be required to prepare the proposal. The Town of Qu Appelle will provide written responses to all queries received from Proponents via email.
