Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glasgow, Kentucky. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.
The work generally consists of: 1. Site clearing and grubbing of approximately 1/2 acre. Improvements to the site will include general site grading, construction of a 55' x 56' building foundation, installation of dry and wet utilities, 8,890 SF of seeding, 800 SF of rubberized playground mulching, 124 LF of curb and gutter, 1,040 SY of asphalt paving, and 240 SY of concrete sidewalk. The award will be based on the lowest responsive, responsible Base Bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid deemed in the Owner's best interest. Contract Time: 1. Base Bid: a. All construction schedules shall be substantially complete and ready for OWNER's use and pre-final inspection and Substantial Completion within 90 Calendar Days or November 1, 2022, whichever is sooner from the Notice to Proceed b.
