Renovation of an educational facility in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Paterson Field House HVAC system upgrade. There is presently no A/C in the building, severe moisture issues warrant it to be installed, simply from a de-humidification standpoint for numerous health and safety reasons. The 4 large heating units in the fitness center and basketball court areas. General Building Construction contractor as prime. The Project consists of: o Upgrade to existing HVAC system o Air conditioning added as a feature of system o Replace rooftop units The work is estimated to cost $850,000 *Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $40.00 per set for UPS Ground (or $65.00 per set for UPS overnight), payable to BidDocs ONLINE, Inc., to cover mail handling costs.
