Renovation of a municipal facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City is requesting a proposal for a qualified Proponent to provide ventilation and ductwork installation and repairs for various City facilities. The Proponents shall obtain and pay for any permits which may be required for the execution of the work, prior to any work commencing Proponents are to include any cost of permits, if required in their quoted prices. This Agreement covers, but is not limited to, the work described below: 1. Install new variable air volume boxes, supply and exhaust fans, HRVS & ERV's, and dampers 2. Install new rooftop units curb adaptors 3. Installing new ductwork and accessories 4. Repair or replace damaged ducting, louvers, and dampers 5. Removal of redundant equipment. 6.
