Bids are requested for a one-year term contract with two, one-year renewal options for the purchase and delivery of various Smith-Blair stainless steel pipe repair clamps on an "as needed" basis, no substitutes, as per the specifications contained in the attached bid document. Due to current clamps and accessories utilized and inventoried by the City, the clamps proposed and provided shall be Smith-Blair, no substitutes. No separate schedules, agreements, terms, conditions, etc., shall be recognized or accepted if not submitted with the response to this solicitation. Bidders shall note that pricing methodologies, cost and fee proposals, and any other response information related to pricing shall not be considered confidential information. All information in a bidder's proposal and the subsequent contract is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. 1976 no.442, as amended, MCL 15.231 or latest revision thereof.
