The selected firm will be required to perform construction management services to be specified more fully in a contract agreement to be negotiated after selection. The proposal shall include at a minimum the following: Constructability Review Contract: Design Support Services Participation in design team meetings Ongoing review of design elements and cost estimates Formal constructability review at 60% & 90% complete design plans Review design team cost estimates at 60% & 90% complete design plans Pre-Construction Support Services Assist the City in the preparation of the contractor pre-qualification package Assist the City with the review of the pre-qualification packages submitted by contractors Construction Management/Inspection Services Contract: Preconstruction services including pre-job meeting, coordination, and establishing construction processes (RFI, Change Order, Work Schedule, progress pay, maintaining as-builts, etc.) Construction progress/coordination including weekly meetings, monitoring schedule, project budget, project RFIs, change orders, progress payments, monitor stormwater BMPs, and special meetings as required Provide project inspection, coordinate testing, and conduct observation to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications and provide QA/QC Document tracking and control including RFIs, submittals, change orders,correspondence, field orders, project schedules, weekly statement of working days, progress payments, meeting agendas & minutes, progress reports, test results, claims, inspection daily logs, time & material reporting,photo records, and project closeout Inquiries may be sent by email to nmangkal@cypressca.org.
