The initial duration of the contract is two (2) years. In addition, the contract comes with one (1) one (1) year renewal option. As of Wednesday, December 8, 2021 , the documents relating to this call for tenders can be obtained by contacting the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1 866 669- 7326 or 514 856-6600 or by consulting the website www.seao.ca using the reference number DR21-PUB-069. The documents are available at the cost established by the SEAO. Invoicing for printing and delivery will be done by SEAO. Plans and specifications are non-refundable. The City accepts no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents transmitted by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, all tenderers must ensure, before submitting their tender, that they obtain all the documents relating to this call for tenders. To be valid, any tender must be accompanied by a deposit or a bond the amount of which is equal to 10% of the total of the tender including taxes. Only those who have their main business establishment in Canada and in the territories covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario ( ACCQO) as well as the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA) and who have obtained through the SEAO in their name the tender documents issued by the master of the work. In addition, the successful tenderer must be registered in the Register of companies eligible for public contracts (REA). Sealed tenders must reach the owner's office for the attention of Me Mélanie Ouellet, city clerk, before 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 19, 2021. The bids will be opened in public immediately after the time scheduled for their reception at the City of Drummondville council chamber located at 415 rue Lindsay in Drummondville.
