The Candler County Board of Commissioners is accepting bids to provide service, labor and material required to perform HVAC maintenance on equipment in buildings operated or maintained by the County.This agreement is to cover the maintenance and cleaning of the HVAC systems owned by the Candler County Board of Commissioners. Maintenance shall include: Inspection of the system, replacement of filters (as needed), cleaning and inspection of drain tubes and float switches. Contractor shall be the first point of contact for issues that arise outside of the maintenance scope of work. The initial agreement period shall be: February 1 to December 31, 2022 and shall renew for one (1) 12 month period after the initial agreement to terminate on December 31, 2023 as long as neither party optsout of the agreement by providing written notice not less than 30 days from the agreement anniversary date.
