Separate sealed Bids for Renovations and Improvements to the Liberty Valley Intermediate & Danville Primary Schools for the Danville Area School District.Project information is available at portal It is intended to award multiple prime contracts for the work as follows: Contract No. 1 General Construction Contract No. 2 Plumbing Construction Contract No. 3 HVAC Construction Contract No. 4 Electrical Construction Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashier's good faith check payable to the Order of Danville Area School District or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities to the extent permitted by Pennsylvania law. Bidders on this Work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders on this Work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Procurement Code for Prevention of Environmental Pollution. An additional non-refundable fee of twenty dollars ($20) will be required for each set of Bidding Documents if the documents are to be mailed to the bidder.
