Renovation of a mixed-use development in McLeansboro, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A. Work to be Bid: 1. Work to be covered by the bid shall include: HVAC Contractor: Replace existing RTUs at Junior/Senior High School. B. Type of Contract: 1. HVAC Contractor C. Bid Requirements: Contractor must pay all sums of money due or to become due for any labor in accordance with Illinois Wages of Employees of Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). Wages printed in the Project Manual are for the month of bidding only. Certified Payroll is required to be submitted with all Pay Applications. 4. Successful bidders will be required to perform and provide criminal background checks on all contractors, subcontractors and their employees, agents, or assigns that will be employed on this project prior to commencement of work, at the Contractor's expense. Bidding Procedure: 1. No faxed bids will be accepted. 2. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part or to waive any informalities in the bidding. 3. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of Ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner. F. Bidding Schedule: The Owner anticipates all work contemplated in the Construction Documents shall commence June 1, 2021 and be finally complete no later than August 1, 2021.
