The General Services Administration (GSA) New England Region, Contract Operations Branch is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the 3rd Floor FMCSA Suite Security Upgrade and Space Refresh Project, Montpelier Federal Building, Montpelier, VT. The contactor will be responsible to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary as outlined below: Demolition of existing storage room. Construction of a new secure entry vestibule. Re-working and adding electrical receptacles for new vestibule. Removal and disposal of 6 existing cubicles. Replacement of data cabling throughout Suite. Replacement of lighting throughout Suite. Reworking of HVAC system, replacing light mounted devices with standard drop in ceiling devices. The U.S. Government has a requirement for the United States General Service Administration at the Montpelier Federal Building in Montpelier, VT. This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
