Project including the following Bid Packages: Bid Package 1 - Millwork & Laboratory Tables Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered, and will be returned unopened. Bids will be received, publicly opened and read aloud at the Shellback General Contracting office immediately following the closing time stated above. A cashier's check, a certified check, or a P&P bond in the amount of five percent of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder if the proposal is $50,000.00 or larger. Bid Guarantees will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders within 10 business days. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
