Sealed bids for the purchase of eight (8) 69kV 12,470Y/7,200V, 7.5/10.5 MVA three phase power transformer with high voltage de-energized tap changer and without LTC tap changing equipment Any proposal received subsequent to the time specified will be promptly returned to the Bidder unopened. All bids must be sealed, addressed to, and deposited with the Purchasing Agent for the District in Grand Island, Nebraska, prior to the bid opening. Said bids must be marked "Sealed Bid" and identified on the envelope with the name of bidder, contract number and title of the contract. Fax to the District's General Office will not be accepted as a sealed bid. The District will award the contract to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest and best bid, under provision of law, or at its sole discretion may reject any or all bids.
