Reconstruction of 4th Street from Cochran Avenue to Main Avenue; Cochran Avenue from 4th Street to 150 north; Depot Street from 4th Street to the railroad right-of-way; and 250 feet of alleys. The construction includes new pavement, concrete gutter, concrete sidewalk, watermain, water services, and grading and shaping ditches. CONTRACTOR shall be substantially completed within 120 consecutive calendar days. Substantially complete shall be defined as the completion of all construction work and well testing. CONTRACTOR shall be at final completion within 180 days. Project Location - 4th Street from Cochran Avenue to Main Avenue; Cochran Avenue from 4th Street to 150 north; Depot Street from 4th Street to the railroad right-of-way; and 250 feet of alleys west of Main Avenue The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the 4th Street reconstruction and drainage improvements as described on the construction drawings. In general, the major components of the proposed Work under this Contract will include, but not be limited to, the following items at the relevant sites 1. New pavement. 2. New concrete curb. 3. New concrete sidewalk. 4. Grading and shaping ditches. 5. Watermain and water service construction. 6. Fire hydrants and mainline valves
