Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Somerset, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The City of Somerset, KY is requesting proposals for the fabrication and installation of a new marquee for the Virginia Cinema. The facility is located at, 281 East Mt. Vernon St., Somerset, KY 42501. Hard copies will also be available, if requested, at the requesting party's expense. The Form of Proposal is part of the front-end specifications, which may be obtained from Deco Architects. All bids shall be submitted only on the Form of Proposal and in a sealed envelope. The sealed envelope shall have the project name clearly marked, along with the respective bidder's information.
