Ascension-St. James Airport & Transportation Authority (herein referred to as the Owner) hereby solicits sealed bids for the Aviation Fuel System Rehabilitation Louisiana Regional Airport project described The project consists of furnishing and installing all items associated and required for placement and operation of an AV Gas 12,000 Gallon Above Ground, Bottom Load Dispensing Tank And Storage System (Procured, Installed, Electrical Connection, And Placed In Operation) in accordance with these specifications and in conformity to directions, measurements, and requirement as specified in plans. The site work includes demolition and removal of existing 10,000 gallon above ground Aviation Gas Fuel tank (Av Gas), containment dike, dispensing system, bollards, and dispensing stand. Requires installation of new tank/dispensing system, electrical conduit/circuits, new light post, new credit card reader stand, reinstallation of existing credit card reader, and installation of new bollards. Contractors submitting bids shall be licensed under LA R.S. 37:2150-2164, Commercial License. The bidder shall show his license number on the bid and on the sealed envelope submitting the bid. The signature on the bid must be that of an authorized representative of the corporation, partnership or other legal entity, as defined by Louisiana Public Bid Law Revised Statute 38:2212.A.(1)(c) which dictates parties authorized to submit bids for public contracts. All required Certificates of Liability Insurance shall list the Ascension-St. James Airport and Transportation Authority as additionally insured.
