The City of Fort Morgan is accepting unit price bids for 2022 On-Call Wet Utility Repairs and Excavating Projects All questions must be in writing and addressed to Erik Sagel, Water Distribution/Wastewater Collection Superintendent, by email at erik.sagel@cityoffortmorgan.com. The cutoff date and time for questions is Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Erik Sagel at (970) 542-3911 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. The period shall be two (2) years from the date of acceptance as shown on the "Certificate of Completion" as issued by the City, or the date of final payment by the City, whichever bears the later date, all necessary repairs, reconstruction and renewal of any part of said construction, and to furnish the labor and materials to make good and to repair any defective condition growing out of or on account of the breakage or failure of any substance or the improper function of any part of the construction work. No bid bond or performance bond will be required.
