for performing all work necessary and incidental for the following Finish Carpentry for Building 3.4 (Westlawn Renaissance VII) at Westlawn Gardens Phase 2 until 2:00 PM (CST) on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at the Modernization & Development Services office located at 401 East Ogden Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202. Quotations may be mailed/delivered to the office, or emailed to Tim Hoye of Travaux/Housing Authority, tim.hoye@travauxinc.com. Regardless of method of conveyance, quotations must be received by the due date and time. Print copies and electronic files of the bid documents may be obtained beginning Wednesday, December 8, 2021. For print copies, there will be no charge for the first set per registered plan holder entity (whether an individual or a business); plan holder entities may order additional sets at their own expense. The Housing Authority will assist bidders/contractors in developing a plan to comply with EBE, Section 3, and WHEDA requirements. Where appropriate, the bidder must comply with Executive Order 11246, Federal Labor Standards, Equal Opportunity requirements, and related program requirements as detailed in the Contract Documents.
