All questions/ inquiries related to this Request for Proposals should be made in writing to KC Moran, who may be reached using the information above, no later than 2:00 PM on December 20, 2021. Inquiries must have the subject line Public Water Systems Tank Cleaning and Inspection RFP Question. NHDES expects for the successful bidder to schedule the work directly with the water systems. The Consultant shall make every reasonable attempt to complete the work in the 2022 field season, which is assumed to be March 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. NHDES reserves the right to cancel, in part or in its entirety, this RFP including, but not limited to selection schedule, submittal date, and submittal requirements. NHDES reserves the right to reject all proposals and terminate the project. If NHDES cancels or revises the RFP, rejects all Proposals or terminates the project, all proposers will be notified in writing by NHDES. The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) Drinking Water and Groundwater Bureau (DWGB) is requesting proposals for services to clean and inspect potable water tanks at public water systems in New Hampshire during the 2022 field season. Projects range in number and volume of tanks per community. Tank capacities range from 500 gallons to 20,000 gallons. The Consultant shall schedule the in-tank services for each tank in a manner that will complete inspections in as short a time as possible, and with minimal interruption to system operational status. This grant program is funded through a set-aside of the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF).
