Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
In order to participate you must submit your Statement of Qualifications electronically through this eBid system. No paper submissions will be accepted. The University of Nebraska intends to procure a qualified contractor to provide pre-construction services and construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the Westbrook Music Building LB 384 Replacement project. The estimated construction cost for the CMR Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is $55,480,000 The total estimated construction budget including the GMP, in-house construction services, and the Owner's contingency is $60,454,000. The proposed project will consist of demolition of existing Westbrook and construction of new building. A portion of Westbrook may be kept operational through construction with demo taking place after building is completed. The Scope of the work is more completely described in the BOR approved Program Statement and in other documents included in this RFP.
