The City of Cedar Park requests Proposals for 3rd party inspection / observation services for the Scottsdale Drive Completion Project. Project Scope will include the construction of two sections of Scottsdale Drive that will complete the connection from 183A to New Hope Road. The project varies from adding two lanes to an existing road to construction of a new full four-lane road. The project would also include lighting and landscaping. The project is 0.6 mile in total length and would include grading, base, asphalt pavement, curb, gutter, storm sewer, culverts, signing, water lines, wastewater lines, ponds, and pavement markings. Questions shall be directed to the Engineering and Capital Projects Department via appointment, telephone or email. Plans will be made available for review by appointment only. The City also reserves the right to reject any and all proposals/quotations, or accept any proposal/quotation deemed most advantageous, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposal/quotation received, and to revise the process schedule, as circumstances require.
