Site work for a civil project in Waco, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The 5MG McGregor Ground Storage and Pump Station was constructed without a maintenance bypass. The ground storage tank is in need of maintenance that cannot be performed without taking the pump station down. This would impact the industrial area, City of Hewitt and Woodway, and the HWY 84 Corridor. Additionally, this service area continues to grow and this project will allow the water system to provide sufficient pumping capacity to this area. This Master Plan project is for an additional 3MG ground storage. The project is included in the city's 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of March 10, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
