Renovation of an educational facility in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of replacing the existing HVAC systems throughout Lewis & Clark Career Center including, but not limited to, packaged rooftop units, VAV systems, makeup air units, exhaust fans, air handling units, split systems, and controls. All Bidders whose bids are in excess of $5,000.00 must provide with their bid the Federal Work Authorization Program ("FWAP") Affidavit of Compliance and Verification Form with respect to employees working in connection with the contracted services, affirming enrollment in a FWAP. For project related questions, please contact Dickinson Hussman Architects (Dwight Dickinson) at (ddickinson@dharch.com) or Facility Solutions Group (Chris Jerden) The successful bidder will be required to provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, comply with the Missouri Department of Labor Standards Prevailing Wage Rates, and be enrolled in the E-Verify Federal Work Authorization Program. www.stcharlessd., Proposals shall be submitted on the forms provided by the St. Charles School District. No other type of submittal will be considered. Proposals shall be enclosed in an opaque envelope, sealed and plainly marked "Proposals for Lewis & Clark Career Center 2022 HVAC Upgrades Project". The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bidders must provide a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed contract sum.
