The project consists of replacing the existing HVAC systems throughout Lewis & Clark Career Center including, but not limited to, packaged rooftop units, VAV systems, makeup air units, exhaust fans, air handling units, split systems, and controls. All Bidders whose bids are in excess of $5,000.00 must provide with their bid the Federal Work Authorization Program ("FWAP") Affidavit of Compliance and Verification Form with respect to employees working in connection with the contracted services, affirming enrollment in a FWAP.
