The scope of work associated with the Base Bid is a full roof system replacement of a portion of the building's roof as identified in the Bid Documents. The area included in the Base Bid is approximately 27,471 square feet in size. The scope of work includes removing an existing Ballasted Modified Bitumen roof system and replacing it with a new fully adhered EPDM membrane roof system with a 30 year no-dollar limit warranty. Strawberry Plains Roof Replacement (Alternate #1): The scope of work associated with Alternate #1 is a full roof system replacement of a portion of the building's roof system as identified in the Bid Documents. The area included in the Alternate #1 is approximately 31,878 square feet in size. This scope of work will include removing the existing Ballasted Modified Bitumen roof system and replacing it with a new fully adhered EPDM membrane roof system with a 30 year no-dollar limit warranty.
