The City of Knoxville is requesting submissions of proposals from responsible firms to provide landscaping and river walk maintenance work at Suttree Landing Park. The entire park measures to approximately 8-acres that is mixed with a variety of landscaping that will need to be maintained to the highest quality of standards (to the City's satisfaction), year-round. The length of the contract will be for a one (1) year period with the option of renewing for two (2) additional years. The City anticipates the first year of the contract will begin March 14, 2022 and run through October 31, 2022. The successful bidder shall bid the amount per two-week maintenance cycle for 26 cycles per year. The first year will consist of 16 cycles; the two renewal years will be year- round with 26 two-week cycles per year. Bidders are required to provide a cost per cycle and also the total amount for one full year (26 cycles).
